Three main styles of building with three levels of specification provide tenants with a range of property solutions that can be tailored to meet their changing business needs. Each building differs slightly according to the standard of finish.

Offices

- Raised access floors with a typical clear void of between 150mm and 175mm

Office Village
- Minimum floor to ceiling height 2.7 m.
- Gas central heating, naturally ventilated, ability for tenants to air condition.
- Raised access floors with a typical clear void of between 150mm and 175mm
- Suspended ceilings with recessed Category II lighting.
Flex
- Steel frame construction with eaves height of 3.8 m to the courtyard, reducing to 3.2 m on the outward elevations.
- Gas central heating, naturally ventilated, ability for tenants to air condition.
- Concrete flooring with a ground loading of 15kN/m2. Raised access floors with a typical clear void of between 125mm and 150mm .
- Pitched roof to the front elevations and flat roof to the rear, capable of supporting tenants’ plant and equipment.
