Kings Hill Show Homes

There are four new show homes open from the beginning of March, one each from Antler Homes, Bellway Homes, Environ Communities and Hillreed Homes, offering a wide choice of lifestyles. All the show homes have experienced staff on hand to assist with those all-important matters of finance and interior options.

Purchasers can choose between quality traditional and highly contemporary homes. The homes have been built as they would be in a traditional English village. Two-bedroom cottages sit comfortably with three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes.
 

Tonbridge & Malling house prices back to 2008 levels

House building companies at Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent are seeing an increase in both sales and house prices as Land Registry statistics for Tonbridge & Malling, the borough that includes Kings Hill, show that prices have returned to 2008 levels, with substantial increases in value and numbers of sales from the same period last year.

In the first quarter of 2010, January to March, there was an increase in the overall average prices of properties sold; up from £253,684 to £287,464 between the quarters. The increases are confirmed up by the RICS UK Housing Market Survey for April 2010, that clearly identified a rise in sales enquiries and predicted a post election bounce as vendor activity picks up.
