Liberty Property Trust UK and Kent County Council are development partners and together form the ‘Kings Hill development partnership.’
Liberty, on behalf of the partnership, oversees the selection of homebuilder developers, who compete on both design and price to be invited to acquire land and develop at Kings Hill. LIberty leads this process from planning to delivery of the finished product. This masterplan-led approach results in a range of quality housing, providing an excellent choice for purchasers.
Kings Hill New Homes (KHNH), is a forum comprising masterplanning developer, Liberty Property Trust UK (LPTUK), Kent County Council and all homebuilders that have acquired and are actively developing residential sites at Kings Hill.
Ranging from niche to national developers, the group is arguably unlike any other collective of developers at a single location in that it is led by LPTUK (a placemaker and developer of new live/work/play communities) and all are equal members. As such KHNH is well placed to speak with one voice, with the credentials to provide meaningful commentary on the new homes development market.
As part of its proactive economic development role for Kent, the County Council brings its research expertise and extensive previous experience in enabling residential and commercial development across the county, to the Kings Hill New Homes initiative.
