Kings Hill Community Centre
The Kings Hill Community Centre opened at the end of December 2001 to provide a facility for local residents, organisations and businesses in which meetings, functions and a range of activities can take place. The building is operated by the Parish Council. The Centre is now in its fifth year of operation.

University of Greenwich
The University of Greenwich, Kings Hill conference and training centre provides a useful resource for both the business and residential communities, including a 120 seat delegate facility.

Doctors' Surgery
Kings Hill also has a fully equipped Doctors' surgery which opened 3 years ago. The surgery is run by 6 partners and offers an Homeopathy clinic, Chiropractic clinic, Wart clinic and a Travel clinic plus various consultants and 3 surgeons.
