Leading independent finance provider IGF has extended its lease on offices at Kings Hill, endorsing the business park’s position as a hub for the financial services sector.

The company, which occupies 4,734 sq ft in 39 Kings Hill Avenue, delivers a wide range of services, from invoice discounting and factoring to payroll, asset finance and development loans. It is part of the Greater London Enterprise Group which focuses on maximizing the potential of individuals, small enterprises and growing businesses.

IGF’s Finance Director, John Benner said: “This is great news for IGF - it shows stability for the business and with such beautiful surroundings, it creates a good working atmosphere for our staff and visitors. The local businesses create a community and the proximity to the motorway network, London and Europe are a great asset to the business park.”

Andrew Blevins, managing director of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd said that the business park had become a hub for financial services organisations. “Kings Hill’s easy access to the City and the availability of a suitable labour market locally has attracted many companies working in the financial services sector,” he said.

“The fact that so many of our tenants choose to renew their leases with us is a great endorsement for the park and we are delighted that IGF has decided to remain here.”
