Chapman Bathurst At Kings Hill
Leading building services consultants Chapman Bathurst is moving its Kent offices to Kings Hill, near Maidstone, to provide easier access to its clients and accommodate the company’s planned growth.
Chapman Bathurst is based in London and Kent and specialises in all sectors of building services design, with specialist teams covering facilities management, lifts and vertical transportation, specialist lighting and environmental engineering. It employs over 120 people, some of whom will be moving to Kings Hill from its Canterbury office, and the company plans to expand.
Chapman Bathurst has taken space at 35 Kings Hill Avenue, part of the ‘Office Village’ and plans to move in early June.
“We are delighted with our decision to relocate to Kings Hill. The move will further enhance our position as one of the leading companies in our field and will provide a cornerstone from which to service our clients in Kent and the South East”, said David Fox of Chapman Bathurst.
Andrew Blevins, managing director of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd, said that the flexibility of space at Kings Hill is one of its unique selling points. “We have several different office types and can provide space to suit small companies to large corporates. This means we are able to accommodate businesses on the park as they grow or downsize, so there is no change of location for staff and clients.
“Our location just off the M20 and the quality, landscaped environment are also great attractions and we are delighted that Chapman Bathurst has decided to move here.”
