Contacta Recommits to Kings Hill
Contacta, a leading supplier of customer services equipment, has recommitted to Kent and renewed its lease on offices at Kings Hill.
The company, which occupies 4,456 sq ft in 11 Tower View, manufactures and supplies induction loops, speech transfer, queue control systems and security equipment.
This latest deal brings the total space leased at Kings Hill in the last two months to almost 30,000 sq ft. This figure includes 20,591 sq ft in 10 Kings Hill Avenue for Balfour Beatty Mott MacDonald, which is one the largest property transactions in Kent this year, and 4,596 sq ft, also in10 Kings Hill Avenue, for global IT service company Tieto.
In addition all companies with lease renewals in 2009 have decided to stay on the park, which represents a total of 42,664 sq ft of space. Work is also underway on Rolex’s 75,000 sq ft HQ on the park. Kings Hill is now over 97% occupied with only a small number of suites currently available, proving its popularity as a business location.
