Demelza Hospice Care for Children is delighted to announce that X Factor’s Stacey Solomon will perform at and host one day of Music on the Hill - an exciting new outdoor summer event of world-class music performances and entertainment staged over the weekend of 24, 25 and 26 June 2011.
