Evening to remember

Businesses are being offered a rare opportunity to entertain clients or staff in the company of some the country’s most successful musical stars.

Singing sensation Katherine Jenkins and boy band McFly will be at Kings Hill, near West Malling in a ‘Music on the Hill’ three day event. The festival is being organised by Demelza Hospice Care for Children and The Children’s Development Trust over the weekend of 24, 25 and 26 June.

Special VIP packages are available which will give concert-goers privileged access, dedicated seating areas and top class food and wines.

Katherine Jenkins will be performing with the National Symphony Orchestra on Friday 24 June. The VIP hospitality package for the evening will include early access to the arena, covered VIP lounge with casual tables and seating, sparkling wine reception, buffet supper with wines and soft drinks, a reserved area within a private garden area to watch the show, private WC facilities, souvenir programme and guest packs. The cost for this is £169 plus VAT per person.

Popular boy band McFly will be performing on Saturday 25 June and the VIP package for that evening will include a dedicated VIP entrance, covered lounge with casual tables and chairs, access to a private garden viewing area in front of the stage, welcome drink, light party menu, private cash bar, private WCs and souvenir programme. The costs for this evening will be £80 plus VAT per person.

The fun will continue on Sunday 26 June with a Family Summer Sunday hosted by X Factor’s Stacey Solomon with Dave Berry. A full day of family entertainment is on offer, with great music from Stacey, Bjorn Again, ABC, X Factor’s Ben Mills with his Simply Rod tribute and rising stars Some Velvet Morning. Sunday will also include children’s activities and entertainers, stalls, circus skills, and treats for all the family.

Kings Hill’s development partners Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd and Kent County Council are providing the venue and, said Andrew Blevins, managing director of Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd, the event is promising to be a huge success.

“Tickets are selling fast and we are delighted that such high profile stars as Katherine Jenkins and McFly will be performing at Kings Hill,” he said. “It will be a great opportunity for businesses and individuals to entertain clients and customers or reward staff and Demelza has put together some excellent packages for two memorable and impressive evenings.”

100% of the profits generated will be donated to Demelza Hospice and The Children’s Development Trust.
