Investing in the future

One of the UK’s leading investment brokers, Elson Associates plc, is moving to the heart of Kings Hill where it has taken offices in Liberty Square, close to the new Waitrose.

The company, which has over 80,000 clients, specialises in highly competitive investment discounts which it arranges with the majority of the UK’s investment providers and life assurance companies on behalf of corporate and private clients.

It previously had offices in 30 Tower View and is moving to Liberty Square in October, where 11 staff will be based.

“Our new office will be at the heart of the community, with the shops and restaurants on our doorstep,” said Graham Elson of Elson. “It will also be very convenient for our clients to visit.

“We have been at Kings Hill for some time and, when the time came to move, were delighted to find alternative space in Liberty Square. We moved here to take advantage of the high level of amenity the park offers, which is excellent for our clients and staff and reflects our position within our sector.”

Andrew Blevins, managing director of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd said that Elson’s move was an example of how companies can take advantage of the range of space available at Kings Hill.

“Our product ranges from large headquarters buildings to small office suites of 2,000sq ft and if occupiers need to change their space to suit their business needs, we do our very best to accommodate them,” he said. “We are delighted that Elson is staying on the park.”

Knight Frank, Hanover Green and Altus Edwin-Hill acted for the landlord.
