New developments at Kings Hill
Three exciting new housing developments are underway at Kings Hill, offering a wide range of properties to suit all tastes and budgets.
Set within acres of landscaped parkland close to shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure amenities, Kings Hill is a garden village with a very active community. It has two primary schools with a third planned, numerous sports and leisure amenities, allotments and many clubs and societies offering a huge range of classes and opportunities to share interests.
There is also a business park at Kings Hill offering job opportunities within walking distance. There is a range of businesses, from international companies to small businesses, as well as serviced office space which is useful for smaller companies that don’t want their office in the home.
The new homes at Kings Hill are being marketed by Kings Hill New Homes, which includes Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd and house builders developing on site at any one time – currently Bellway Homes, Crest Nicholson and Hillreed Homes.
Bellway’s ‘Signature’ is a collection of seventy-six properties, two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
The Monroe is the perfect starter home for a young family and has been specifically designed with those needs in mind. It features two good sized bedrooms, lots of storage space, a downstairs WC and a garden to relax in.
The Hepburn has attractive weatherboard cladding and has a spacious living room and master bedroom, along with two good-sized double bedrooms, a family bathroom, en-suite and garden.
The Kelly overlooks the cricket pitch and includes a breakfast/family room, an oval-shaped garden, terrace, car port and an extra car parking space.
Prices currently range from £269,995 to £454,995. The new sales centre is now open (on Discovery Drive) and the Hepburn show home launches on the 24th May 2014.
Crest Nicholson’s ‘Woodland Place’ is a development of two and three bedroom cottages and four and five bedroom homes. Located in an exclusive enclave on the periphery of Kings Hill, Woodland Place comprises an array of house styles including mews, semi-detached and detached properties, reflecting the broad demand present in the local area. Currently available are four bedroom houses priced from £435,000.
Hillreed is launching ‘The Poppies’, a development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, all of which are new designs to Hillreed’s portfolio. The external treatment and internal layout of these new designs are very exciting, living space has been carefully considered and will include a combination of open plan accommodation as well as more traditional layouts. All properties come with parking and carbarns and are in an ideal location just off of Beacon Avenue, with some homes facing out onto a central open space. Those wishing to register their interest can do so via www.hillreed.co.uk.
Potential purchasers may be able to take advantage of the government’s Help to Buy scheme and the developers may be able to help with part exchange or assist with the sale of your existing property.
“We have continued building throughout the recession and our lead as masterplanning developer combined with our commitment to placemaking has ensured Kings Hill is one of the most aspirational places to live in the area,” said Andrew Blevins, Liberty’s managing director on behalf of Kings Hill New Homes. “New homes are at a premium and we are very fortunate in having the land and the on-site amenities and social infrastructure to support this growing community.”
