Telecom infrastructure company recommits to Kings Hill
Teligent, a leading supplier of custom infrastructure solutions and value-added services to telecommunications operators, has renewed its lease on offices in Kings Hill for the second time.
The company, a subsidiary of Teligent Teleom AB, Sweden (part of the Altruist India Group), provides customised development, design, delivery and 24/7 maintenance of large-scale infrastructure systems for fixed/mobile network operators such as BT, its largest customer in the UK.
Managing director Adrian Foulkes said: “We have been here for almost twelve years, which is testament to Kings Hill having all we require from a business location – high quality flexible office space with excellent transport links and parking in a contemporary environment.
“This gives us easy access to our clients and suppliers throughout the UK and elsewhere and helps to recruit and keep skilled staff.”
Andrew Blevins, managing director of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust said: “I am delighted that this tech company has decided to renew at Kings Hill for the second time and that it finds the environment we have created here conducive to business operations and staff retention.”
