Kings Hill Community Centre
The Kings Hill Community Centre opened at the end of December 2001 to provide a facility for local residents, organisations and businesses in which meetings, functions and a range of activities can take place. The building is operated by the Parish Council.

Doctors Surgery
Kings Hill also has a fully equipped Doctors' surgery which opened 5 years ago. The surgery is run by 6 partners and offers an Homeopathy clinic, Chiropractic clinic, Wart clinic and a Travel clinic.

A mobile library service calls to Kings Hill on Wednesday mornings between 10:20 and 10:50. In addition, the library at 22 High Street, West Malling is the nearest full service and offers DVD and CD hire, free Internet access for members of the public, and children's events (Baby Rhyme Time and storytelling) as well as books.
