Estate agency renews Kings Hill office lease
Kent’s largest independently-owned firm of estate agents has shown its continuing confidence in Kings Hill and renewed its lease in the retail heart of the Garden Village.

Kent’s largest independently-owned firm of estate agents has shown its continuing confidence in Kings Hill and renewed its lease in the retail heart of the Garden Village.

Wards of Kent, which has 42 branches across the county, first opened in Kings Hill in 2004.

“Kings Hill has matured since we first moved here but the quality that continues to underpin the residential neighbourhoods is being maintained and values with it.” said Tom Ross-Bason, Operations Director of Wards of Kent. “It remains a green, safe location, with excellent schools, transport links and jobs on the doorstep and we are proud to have secured a Wards branch here.”

Kings Hill is home to a thriving community, many of whom both live and work there.

“The quality and mix of housing available in Kings Hill, alongside the community facilities and excellent environment, is one of the reasons so many people are attracted to living here,” said Caroline Binns of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust.

“Wards has enjoyed a long-established presence and we are pleased to be strengthening our relationship with them.”
